Sold House and Money in Trust

On FL-142, if we just sold the house and the money is in a blocked trust account, how do I list it?

I would recommend one of two ways to handle this issue. You can list it under item 1, real property, but then clarify underneath the address description that the house was sold on [insert date] with net sales proceeds of [insert amount of net sales proceeds]. Alternatively, you can list the trust account under section 5, 6, or 7, depending on which type of bank account it is and include the balance of the account.
