I am filling form FL-150 to get a court order for spousal support. The form asks for last month (Feb) and the past 12 months of payment. My Feb. wages and averaging 12 months is a much higher number. Should I wait and submit court order on 1st April so I can list my March (current and lower) wages in the column?
My contract is coming to an end (this was expected) which paid me amazingly well for the last few years.
My spouse is delaying coming up with a number for SS. And I have read if I don’t file for court order, I will not be back awarded SS.
