On the FL-100 I understand a house would go under community and Quasi-Community Property but where would discussion of a leased house go? Would it go here as well, she wants to stay in the property and I think we have agreed she will maintain the lease

A lease is not property, so it would not be listed as such. You can list the associated debt as community property, or you can request that she be awarded the lease under other orders.
