Filed for divorce 18’ respondent never responded. Have no idea where responded is, just up and left June of 17’ leaving me with the house, the kids & all financial responsibilities. The Deed to the house is in both our names but the loan is in the respondent name only. I have made every payment on my own since then. Any suggestions of what I should do? Can I just file a default now that it’s been more then 30 days? How do I save the house?
